Privacy statement

Version of 29 October 2026.

Snaglist is a product of Fitbrand B.V., Noorderhaven 46, 9712 VL Groningen, Chamber of Commerce number 76713253. We are responsible for the processing of the personal data set out below. Send questions or requests to info@fitbrand.nl.

Which data we process

  • Your account: name and email address, and the organisation you belong to.
  • Your settings: your agency's name, your logo, fonts, colours and the sender shown on your reports.
  • Your crawls: the addresses you enter and what Snaglist finds on those public pages, such as titles, headings, links and status codes.
  • Search Console, only if you connect it: impressions, clicks and index status per page.
  • Payments: your subscription and the status of your payments. Your bank or card details go to Mollie, which we do not see.
  • Technical data: when you log in and the servers' log entries, for security.

Why we process them

  • To provide Snaglist and carry out your subscription.
  • To email you about your crawls, your subscription and important changes.
  • To secure Snaglist and prevent misuse.
  • To keep our records, because the law requires it.

The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in a secure service, and our legal duty to keep records.

Cookies

Snaglist uses only cookies that are needed for it to work: one to keep you logged in and one to remember your language. We do not use cookies or scripts to track you, and no advertising networks.

Who else processes your data

For Snaglist we use these services. With each of them we have agreements about the protection of your data.

  • Neon: the database holding your crawls and reports, in Frankfurt (EU).
  • Vercel: the app's servers, in Frankfurt (EU). Vercel is an American company.
  • Clerk: logging in with a code by email. Clerk is an American company.
  • GitHub: the worker that carries out the crawls. GitHub is an American company.
  • Google: only if you connect Search Console.
  • Mollie: the payments, in the Netherlands.
  • Our email provider: for the emails about your crawls.

Where data goes to a country outside the EU, this is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data on.

How long we keep them

  • Your account and crawls: for as long as your subscription runs, and for 30 days afterwards.
  • Invoices and payment data: 7 years, because the law requires it.
  • Log entries: no longer than 90 days.

The sites that Snaglist crawls

Snaglist visits only public pages of sites that our customers enter. The crawler identifies itself as Snaglist, fetches one page at a time and complies with robots.txt. Guidance for site administrators can be found at snaglist.eu/bot.

Your rights

You can view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can object to a processing activity or have your data transferred. Email info@fitbrand.nl to do so. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).

Security

Logging in works without a password. Connections are encrypted. Only those who need access can reach your data, and each agency sees only its own crawls.

Changes

If we amend this statement, you will see that from the date at the top. In the event of an important change we will let you know.
