Terms and conditions
Version of 29 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Snaglist is a product of Fitbrand B.V., based at Noorderhaven 46, 9712 VL Groningen, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 76713253, VAT number NL860768600B01. In these terms, Fitbrand B.V. is referred to as "we" and the party that holds a Snaglist account as "you".
2. Who these terms apply to
Snaglist is intended for businesses, organisations and self-employed persons acting in the course of their profession or business. You cannot use Snaglist as a consumer. These terms apply to all use of Snaglist and to every subscription. Other terms, including yours, apply only if we agree so in writing.
3. Account and trial period
You create an account using an email address. You log in with a code sent by email. You ensure that only you and the people you grant access to use your account.
Every new account begins with a free trial period of 14 days, with no payment details required. If you do not choose a paid subscription within those 14 days, access stops. We then keep your data for a further 30 days, so that you can still get started. After that, we delete it.
4. Subscription and payment
The subscriptions, the limits per subscription (such as the number of sites, pages per crawl and users) and the prices are set out on snaglist.eu. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
You pay in advance, monthly or annually. The first payment goes through Mollie (for example iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact) and gives us authorisation for the subsequent payments. The subscription renews automatically for the same period, until you cancel. You receive an invoice by email for every payment.
If a payment fails, we try again and let you know. If payment continues to be missing, we may stop access until payment is made.
We may adjust the prices. We announce this at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time in Snaglist. A monthly subscription stops at the end of the month you have already paid for, an annual subscription at the end of the year paid for. You do not receive a refund for part of a period.
We can cancel the subscription with a notice period of 30 days. In the event of misuse or a serious breach of these terms, we may stop access immediately.
6. How you use Snaglist
You only crawl sites that you own or for which you have the owner's permission, such as a client. Snaglist fetches pages gently, one at a time, and complies with robots.txt. You do not use Snaglist to test the security of a site, to overload a site or to collect data for which there is no permission.
Manual crawling is permitted alongside the fixed schedule of your subscription, within reasonable limits. If you use Snaglist in a way that hinders other customers or the sites you crawl, we may restrict this.
7. What Snaglist does and does not promise
We do our best to keep Snaglist good, secure and available, and to improve the checks every month. We cannot promise that Snaglist is always available or that every error on a site is found. The findings are a tool and not a guarantee of a place in search engines. Data from Google Search Console comes from Google; we have no influence over what Google does.
We announce maintenance in advance where this is reasonably possible.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Snaglist in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost turnover, missed opportunities or loss of data. This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.
9. Ownership
The Snaglist software is ours. The reports and exports you create with Snaglist are yours. Your logo, lettering and colours remain yours. You only grant us permission to use them in order to create your reports.
10. Data and privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy statement on snaglist.eu. If you use Snaglist to process personal data of your own clients, we will conclude a data processing agreement with you on request.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. We announce changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
12. Applicable law
These terms and every subscription are governed by Dutch law. We submit disputes to the competent court in the Noord-Nederland district. These terms are available in several languages. In the event of any difference between the translations, the Dutch text prevails.
