Homepage without complete Organization

The homepage should tell search engines who is behind the site, with an Organization block in the structured data. Snaglist checks for a name, a web address, a logo and links to profiles elsewhere (sameAs).

Why it matters

This is how Google and AI tools connect your site, your logo and your social profiles to one company. It helps your brand panel and your name in AI answers.

How Snaglist checks it

Snaglist reads the structured data of the homepage. It lists the homepage when there is no Organization block, or when name, url, logo or sameAs is missing.

Common causes

  • An SEO plugin set to person or left without company details
  • No logo uploaded in the plugin settings
  • No social profiles filled in

How to fix it

  1. Fill in the company name, logo and website in your SEO plugin, or add the block yourself.
  2. Add sameAs links to profiles such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  3. Test the homepage in the Rich Results Test.
