Text has a colour your brand manual does not want on this background.
A brand colour is rarely one colour per brand. It is one colour per background: white on blue, blue on white. A slogan that is black where the manual wants blue is not wrong enough to look broken, so it stays for years.
This check only runs with a brand manual you uploaded and rules you confirmed. Snaglist opens up to ten pages in a real browser, on a wide screen: a sample of the page types and pages with the slogan. For each piece of text it reads the colour and the background that are really on the screen. It then applies the rules for that background from the manual: which colour must be used, which is never allowed and which is allowed. A rule about part of the slogan goes before a rule about all text. Text on a photo or a gradient does not count, because the background is unknown. Colours that are almost right are reported separately.
Snaglist reports this as a warning. It costs 10 percent of the page in the health score. Fix it before your next crawl.
In the report for your client this appears under the heading "Text in a colour your manual does not want here". When everything is in order, the report says: "Text has the colour the manual asks for per background".
